Personal Training


Personal training (1-on-1) is exactly that…IT’S PERSONAL! 30-45-60 minutes dedicated strictly to you. You have the ability to connect with one of our coaches on more of a personal level, where they will learn everything about you and your likes/dislikes. Personal training is great for everyone, especially those who are new on their fitness journeys and may be intimidated by working out with other people. This is not a class, you do not need to do what everyone else is doing or feel the pressure to keep up. Each workout is personalized and tailored specifically for you at your given training level.
