Adult Large Group Classes


Our Adult Large Group class is similarly structured to our small group training, but in a larger class setting of 8-12 people. Workouts are upbeat, faster paced and involve general fitness, such as bootcamp style or alternative training. Move, sweat, listen to upbeat music and have fun for an hour! The larger the group, the more energy is produced!
